CATHALAC office is in building 111 in the City of Knowledge, Clayton, in Panama City. The City of Knowledge is an international complex for education, research, and innovation. It has been developed to promote and facilitate synergy among universities, scientific research centers, businesses, and international organizations. The City of Knowledge is governed by a private, non-profit organization, The City of Knowledge Foundation, which was created in 1995.
Its Board of Trustees is comprised of representatives from the academic, business, labor, legislative, and governmental sectors. In defining its mission, the foundation guarantees the development of the City of Knowledge as a place that promotes synergy between its components. (See location map in: Google Earth )
